Managers Cyrus and Madeline have been welcoming guests to Marrakesh Riads for several years now. Prior to relocating to Morocco from London, Madeline was a professional event planner. Cyrus, an Eton-educated Londoner, was formerly an organizer of music festivals. Now fulltime British ex-pat residents of Morocco, the couple imparts their insider knowledge and access that make anything possible in Marrakesh. Be it a special dinner out, that certain something from a market, a custom made textile, or the ultimate Arabian wedding.
On-property managers Karima and Hassan, are both Moroccan-born residents of Marrakesh and bring their decidedly hip and stylish sensibility to Riad Meriem. They handle concierge duties, expertly tending to all aspects of the guests well being and comfort from the moment they arrive until check-out at the end of their stay. Hassan is also available to meet arriving guests at Marrakesh-Menara Airport and will provide transfers to and from the Riad.
